Our principal office is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with a strategic office in Kenai, Alaska, USA.

Our AI-powered HR tools are designed to assist in recruitment — they do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions must always be made by qualified human professionals. Our AI tools are designed to reduce bias, but no AI system can guarantee complete elimination of bias.

5.2 AI Defect Detection & Predictive Maintenance

Our manufacturing AI products provide predictions and recommendations based on data inputs. These outputs are advisory in nature. Production and maintenance decisions must be validated by qualified engineers before implementation.

5.3 Data Used in AI Products

When you use our AI products, the data you input (resumes, sensor readings, images, etc.) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement. We do not use client data to train general-purpose AI models without explicit consent.

5.4 Service Availability

11 IT Staffing & Contractual Services

Specific terms for IT staffing (Time & Material and Fixed-Price Contractual engagements) are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between CloudSara Technologies and the client organisation. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the MSA/SOW, the MSA/SOW shall prevail for that specific engagement.

All resources deployed under T&M or contractual models remain employees or contractors of CloudSara Technologies unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

12 Confidentiality

Any confidential information exchanged between you and CloudSara Technologies in connection with a business engagement (e.g., product demos, project scoping, proposals) shall be treated as confidential by both parties. Specific confidentiality obligations for client engagements are governed by NDAs or the confidentiality clauses within the applicable MSA/SOW.

13 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or our services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Before resorting to litigation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from the date of written notice of the dispute.
